L.A. Insurance

I didn’t catch their names but there are two ladies in the window when it comes to getting registration renewal, one was incredibly nice (with dark short hair) & the other (with long lighter hair) was incredibly dismissive and didn’t even know what she was talking about, yet alone doing. She even sent me away, when I was trying to pay her for my renewal. Luckily the one with short dark hair that always sits on the left knew what she was doing, answered all my questions, and even got me set. The other one with light hair can kick rocks & needs to be retrained when it comes to customer service and doing her job.

Very nice people but does need a little work on the part where you change a title on signatures they don't see that the signatures r the same

DMV portion is fine the insurance is very overpriced. I highly recommend shopping around. When I asked why it was so expensive the agent was not honest and told me that it was because limits were going up. But when I checked with Geico I still saved $330 over six months and then she was dishonest about refunding me what I had paid there.

The girls here at LA Insurance are awesome 👌 👏 👍 always very helpful and professional. Take care of me both when walking in and on the phone.

Not that bad . Insurance is easy to get and very convienient location . Its true the dmv section can be a drag due to a lack of common courtesy on the part of the lady in charge , dont get me wrong but she should at least say " welcome how can I help you " instead of ignoring you and making you feal like your asking for a favor instead of being provided a service .
