Insured Wrong Vehicle. Didn’t bother to apologize…

I've been insured through LA Insurance for more than 3 years and they've always helped me find the best rates. Their customer service is excellent. They are all very helpful and Esmeralda is always on top of everything she's very efficient and always has a great attitude. Highly recommend this agency all the girls are very nice and will not disappoint you.

So unprofessional & rude. Called to cancel my current policy and got told to “just email” they will handle it when they have time. I then asked for help to get my policy number she replied with “ I’m with a client rn you can call back” I then asked if she could return my call after the Clint and she hung up (: so I’ll be there in person to cancel and remind her it’s HER job to help people.

My experience at LA Insurance was very unique compared to other insurance companies I’ve visited in the past. Agent Nathalie was quick enough to get my attention the moment I went through the doors. She attended me very professionally and answered every question I had about each policy. If you go to this office, Nathalie will take care good care of you. A very sharp person.
