excelent service, cant complaint i have been with LA CARE for year or maybe a decade expedite service customer service excelent, i have try other insurances but they dont give a good service; dont believe on trolls any question ask me im not a troll 😁😁😁

Wanted to express appreciation and gratitude for how L.A Care handled my call and service today. Since I am enrolled in L.A Care effectively last Sunday, the Customer Service person was helpful when I chose my doctor and my medical group of choice. Though the calls are 59 minutes long wait, it was worth waiting. As February is the month where people are enrolling in LA Care and medical plans and changing doctors especially its why the calls take long. But sincerely thank you to LA Care for taking your time to help me.

As an insurance broker, I have sold LA Care plans to some of my clients as their price point is reasonable. The problem with dealing with them is that they do not update their provider directories so my clients think they are getting their doctor only to find out that doctor has never been affiliated with LA Care. This is either serious neglect or blatant fraud. Furthermore, they do not allow a broker such as myself to call and clean up the mess that they created, and they do not have a broker rep for IFP nor do they seem to think this matters. It certainly does when they are not providing accurate provider directories, and my client only finds out about it after making an appointment to see their doctor only to be told, that doctor does not take LA Care. Buyers be very aware of this issue

I rarely make reviews, but the customer service has been so unbelievable awful I had to warn others. I previously had LA Care a few years ago and had a general pleasant experience. This time is very different, I have been getting inconsistent and often incorrect information every time I call. Insurance companies are often difficult to deal with but this is truly another level. Due to the nature of my issues I will be filing a complaint with the California Department of Insurance, and I encourage you to do the same if you face issues with LA Care.

Wanted to express my gratitude for LA care, many of their team have gone above and beyond to assist me and their help has been an absolutely essential part of my recovery, my preventative care, and my road back to being healthy again. From quick approval of specialist referrals to assisting me in navigating the mental health and CES shelter systems while even providing rides to appointments (!!!) LA Care has truly been a life saver for me... Not only with helping me get through through a very difficult time in my life with insurance, but also by assisting me in navigating complex health systems properly and efficiently. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart for all of your help LA Care & staff. I couldn't have gotten this far without you 💜 PS. Shout-out to the community resource
