I just recently switched my auto insurance to Allstate. I had the same auto insurance company for the past 18 years, but after talking to Tyler Garcia I had a very easy decision to make. Tyler was able to explain to me that what I was paying for versus the coverage I was actually getting wasn’t really worth what I was actually paying for. He explained to me how insurance and coverage works. I now have a better understanding and can make better decisions regarding my future with insurance for my home and auto. Kate Mondragon is probably one of the strongest assets to the Allstate family that you guys will ever see. She is quick, she is transparent, she answers any and all questions and makes the process of getting solid insurance simple and stressless. Not only that, but Kate got me a way better coverage setup with a way better price through Allstate than I previously had through progressive. I highly reccomend her for any and all of your needs!

I was going to cancel my auto insurance today but I talked to Shelby in the cancellation Department of Allstate and she was very helpful in explaining my coverages. Shelby was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I was able to keep my auto insurance with much better coverages and the other insurance I was going to switch to and just for a few dollars more what's the other company probably would have charged me more than I'm paying now so I'm very pleased and happy that I'm staying with Allstate because of Shelby and would recommend her to anybody. I received a welcome call from Kate for my auto policy. Great experience. Very helpful on waking me through the log in app prices on my phone to ensure my DriveWise discount was secured. It did take almost 20 minutes but was thorough, very professional, patient and nice throughout the process. Glad I am on board here now!
