We have all our policies with your State Farm office. Met today for an annual review with Talyn Nicols and couldn't be more pleased. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and nice. He is an excellent representative for your agency.

Kurt’s office is always a welcoming, helpful environment. The office staff is knowledgeable, and I was able to get an excellent price on all of my insurance. Jacob recently helped with a comprehensive review of all of my policies and I appreciated his input as we made sure I was adequately covered.

Last year our roof sustained wind damage after a strong storm. Called and had two different companies that State Farm suggested to get quotes. Both companies agreed heavy wind damage and roof needed replacement. State Farm sent their claim adjuster and after a ten minute check he said roof was fine and denied claim. Called State Farm and filed a dispute. They refused to send another adjuster for a second opinion because they didn’t want to undermine the first one. We called and left further messages and nobody would respond back to us. Prices were good but customer service is very poor. We switched to a different company.
