Kristin Sorensen - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently had an operation which made it difficult to speak and took the down-time to shop for better priced car insurance. I filled out the state farm online quote tool. I received a text message from someone at this office, and I responded: "Please email me the quote." Then I received a phone call from someone at this office to "make sure that I understand my coverage options." I very clearly explained why having multiple contacts and a phone call with someone just to get a quote is MUCH worse than simply having an online tool, but the agent smugly infantilized me by telling me it is for my own good, inferring that I'm not capable of understanding my options. I have specific coverage requirements due to an umbrella policy with a different insurer, so it is a matter of fact that I do

I love the Sorenson office! They are always helpful, explain things clearly, and try to give you the best discounts possible. Their customer service is wonderful! Recently Sadie helped me and was so professional and helpful! Every staff member is so kind. If you are looking for a great agency with excellent customer service this is your place!

The agents and staff are all friendly and courteous, and answer any questions about any policy. There's never any long drawn-out waiting period for a response to any question I might have. The overall impression I get is that they are generally concerned about my needs and not just out to sell me a policy.

Whenever I have questions or concerns (or a claim) Kristen, Chris, Sadie, and everyone in the office are quick to address my concerns and, they won’t hang up until I’m completely informed and satisfied.

Just wanted to let State Farm know how wonderful Ms Sadie was in helping us get our towing expenses covered. After my call she was persistent in trying to help us and I got a call from Sadie with the great news we were getting reimbursed. Thank you Sadie for not giving up 😀
