The accountability and customer service suffers due to what seems is the standard held by the owner of this business. Ms. Bishop seems to stand by her agents even when potential corrections can be made. I would recommend finding other insurance agents/options that will be much better to work with. After your response I felt that this review needed more detail. First off you are being untruthful with your description of the phone call. My rate was raised 45% over the previous year with no claims whatsoever after working with your office for more than almost a decade. I was met with an attitude instead of empathy. In which your agent was interested in providing no solutions other then a rude and short response of “ we can raise your deductible that’s it! “. In which I said I would then have

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Kristin and the whole Allstate team are! I had State Farm before and they were so awful, but Allstate has just been amazing. They are such good advocates and they really fight for you. I’ll never change insurance companies again.
