Krista and Janice are always super helpful and responsive! Very friendly folks with great attitudes and they definitely know the insurance industry inside and out. They were able to help me with both my business and personal insurance needs.

We LOVE Krista! She's a wonderful person and knowledgeable insurance agent. We saw a negative review on here and we have a difficult time thinking that the negative review is talking about this agency because our experiences with her have always been outstanding. In fact, when we asked about getting a policy to cover an expensive musical instrument, Krista gave us a quote and then suggested the name of another company that specializes in instrument coverage. We went with the competitor because they were cheaper. When we told Krista our decision, she reacted by expressing happiness for us! What terrific service; surrendering business in order to best assist her customers! We'll never go anywhere else.

The most unprofessional insurance agency I've ever dealt with. They make promises to call you back and never do, until weeks later after your policy has cancelled even though they try to debit your account for more money than you originally gave permission for. Take your business elsewhere, they only want your $$$!!

Krista and Team have been nothing less than stellar since I moved to the Raleigh Area 4 years ago! I call, they answer (or QUICKLY call you back). Rates are very competitive and the coverages are exactly what we need and then some (by my request). We carry Auto, Home Owners and an Umbrella policy with them and couldn't be happier! This is the most amazing office. My husband and I are moving to NC and wanted to sit down and discuss options with them. The office staff were so professional and friendly.
