Kris Collison - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've worked with Kris Collisons agency many times. They are always professional, punctual and informative. Both Callie and Brandon are great to work with. I definitely recommend this agency and staff!

I had been with Kris for over 30 years and my parent's with her for over 20 years. The last year became a nightmare with my monthly bill consistently changing due to billing errors on their part. I would call to speak with the office staff and I would be told they would look into and call me back. I would usually not get a call back and would have to reach out agian. It has been very frustrating to say the least. I finally gave up with this office and changed insurance companies all together. I didn't feel like a valued customer who had been loyal to Kris for so long as there was not an apology from anyone in office, including Kris. Times have sure changed!

We have used Kris Collison for ALL our Colorado insurance, since 1995. She is a delight; pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have reviewed other prices with other companies, but always stay with Kris and State Farm because she gets us exactly what we need. She and her friendly staff answer all our questions with a smile and have always given us valuable advice. I also appreciate that we don't have to wait long for a response when we DO have an issue or a question.

Kris has been our State Farm agent for more than 30 years. Absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service from this office. The gentleman that works there is rude and unprofessional and speak down to people. Tells them what they have experienced in the past is wrong because he has been doing insurance for a long time. Spends more time trying to be right than do what’s right. Ridiculous. He should not be in the insurance industry. Also gives quotes for insurance. Then takes weeks for them to show up on your bill then they are higher than he quotes and can no longer find the original quote. Brandon is the gentleman’s name. When I speak to him and tell him multiple concerns he just tells me that people only complain because of the price or their inability to understand how insurance works.
