There is no value added here. Rates brokered were nowhere near lowest available, and communication between insurance and broker was non existent. Multiple issues could not be resolved with Kraft and required direct communication with insurance. Getting the broker on the phone was a challenge and callbacks difficult. Eventually dropped for unknown reasons, couldn't be happier. Do your research before allowing this agency to broker or handle your insurance. Be sure they are actually adding value and not just overhead. Good luck out there.
