From the time I got the first call from Paige I knew they were different. Paige walked me through everything and was so kind and patient. I have dealt with a lot of insurance calls when looking for insurance and never felt like they really cared about the customer. Whatever they are doing in this business is working and it’s proof that you can still get good personal experience this day and age, this is rare nowadays! I am so glad that I found this group of people providing a service I needed!

Kortney Schultz, State Farm and especially Grace have been a God-send for me as I have been going through issues with my home owners insurance and other financial concerns. I am old and disabled but I was given a fair deadline to get alot of clean-up in my yard - As the deadline past and my insurance was cancelled, Grace had me send more pictures of what was being done and my policy was re-instated. It will never get like this again. Her understanding allowed me to fix what had gone wrong and time to finish in the Spring. Thank You, Grace and the rest this Agency!!!!

I was only inquiring about their products this time, but the experience left a great impression. Can't say enough good things about Courtney and State Farm, Had another company who fought me every step of the way when roof needed to be replaced. Have had two claims with State Farm and not one kick back. Courtney and State Farn are both great. Highly recommend!
