They actually care about their clients and somehow make adulting feel… manageable. 😂 It’s super kid-friendly too. my daughter has her own desk here, because apparently she’s the new “Mini Sales Manager.” She shows up with her sunflower shades and boss attitude, ready to “take calls” and kill with savings. 🌻💼 If you want great coverage, helpful people, and a place your kids will actually want to visit, this is the one. I've been insured by Allstate particularly with first David and now Korey for years. Even if I can save a couple bucks else where, I stay with this team because they're amazing with customer service and consulting in my needs as my needs change. Bianca has been my Rep the whole time, I'll never leave her! She easily communicates my options and makes me feel really comfortable making decisions.

Very efficient and a great price for my home and auto. I have 3 kids on my auto policy and the savings I got by switching to Allstate from State Farm was huge! If I have any questions about my policy the staff there are always ready to help. They even let me know of any discounts that I am not taking advantage of to help save money.

I'm still fairly new with the company. I called spoke to Cynthia and telling her that I had a "Flat Tire! Towing came and a Donut or Spare didn't come with my vehicle. I ask the towing guy if he could take my tire get it plug, he said he could put a spare on. I was able to borrow a tire at church. I called All State to ask a question about and it was Never told to me about a flat tire. With the previous company they came out took the tire off taken it to tire shop got my tire fix brought it back and put on my car. Cynthia ask me did I want to "Cancel my Policy! That shouldn't have been the answer for me. What she should have done was make my Frustration lighter, she it even worse.

There’s not much to say really, just overall good if not better customer service, I had Ms. Bianca help me with adding insurance to my vehicle and throughout she made sure any doubts or concerns were gone, actually felt valued for being a customer
