I did not end up purchasing insurance from them, but I wanted to share my experience. I spoke with Crystal, and she was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who truly cares about helping customers, even when they don’t make a sale. I highly recommend this company based on the level of service I received.

However, there is room for improvement in their approach, as their communication often comes across as snarky and occasionally rude. They appear to be time-constrained and indifferent towards client retention, which may impact the overall customer experience. Therefore, I cautiously suggest exploring alternative options, while also taking into consideration that their pricing structure tends to be significantly higher than the market average, indicating a possible inclination towards overpricing.

Not very tentative. Took a few phone calls to get anything done. They claim to shop around for you but after shopping for insurance myself I saved 40% compared to what they were charging me for years. Don’t recommend!
