Moved back to PA saw knoll agency sign on bridge street figured I would give a local guy a chance to buy car insurance. Zach Knoll greeted me and I got a great quote and bought my car insurance. I have had a few more dealings with Zach and he is always prompt and thorough. Like its an agency of mostly family members too working there. We need to support these local guys and gals.

I’ve used Knoll Insurance Agency Inc for a few years and every time I have had an issue with last min information that needs to be mailed over or insurance needs change Zack gets on it right away and helps me get everything I need .I 100% recommend this agency to anyone !

Can't get a hold of anyone when you call. Ever. The office is apparently closed. Voice message is low and gives personal extensions. No idea who to speak with to make a simple policy change. Fairly garbage excuse because of COVID, when every other insurance agency is open and taking calls or at least routed to an employee working from home.
