If I could give less than one star, I would. A family member used this agency, and based on our experience, I would never recommend them. Their lack of professionalism and responsiveness is extremely concerning. After an accident, I attempted to contact them for over three hours with no answer — not even a call back. And yes I realize they are just agency to sign you up - but it was important that we speak with them. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are dealing with stressful and time-sensitive situations. If you value ethical practices, accountability, and genuine customer support, I strongly suggest choosing a different insurance agency.

If you need car insurance this is the place to go. They are very polite. Just say C.C referred you.

Highly unethical behavior, sketchy behavior, doesn’t return phone calls in a timely manner

Nobody ever answers the phone and hours of operating are inaccurate
