Kneller Insurance Agency

I just switched to Kneller as my insurance agency. They gave me several options that would save me money. What a surprise! I thought I had the lowest cost insurance with my previous provider. Most important of all , the Copake office staff were very responsive to all my questions - very different than my other agent. I am so glad I made the change.

The Kneller Insurance Agency has been instrumental for us. The entire team is wonderful to work with, always helpful, responsive and so professional. If there's ever a question or concern, they help in every way that they can - including if that means telling us about the best possible options. They never try to sell us on something we don't need. The honesty and transparency is refreshing, and the personal touch is everything.

EDIT: I have received my refund and the team took the time to fully explain the delay. They are a good bunch and I appreciate their continued effort to support us. Due to some changes with my mortgage company, my insurance was paid twice this year, once by personal check and once out of escrow. I've been trying to get a refund since May 2024. It is now the middle of October 2024. 5 months of patience and phone tag has worn me down. While the people are very friendly, this is over 3000 dollars that I've been attempting to get back for many months. I do not know what to do anymore to get a refund.

I like to support local business when i can. I was pleased i chose Kneller Insurance in Copake. Felicia Amash was very helpful in obtaining homeowners insurance for me. She also helped when i needed to amend my policy and file a claim. All was done in a very timely manner.

Everyone at Kneller Insurance Agency in Copake is very friendly and helpful. Marguerite Nicastro helped me with changing my car insurance, house insurance and even with life insurance. Gail Fournier helped me with my new car. Thank you all so much for all that you did for me.
