Kiwook Kim - State Farm Insurance Agent

Excellent house and auto agent, but I’m unable to send in my car mileage.

I have moved on from this insurance company. But I used to have state farm... I called a couple of months ago to tell them that I would like to withdraw myself from this insurance company. Because I had already found another company to go with.. when I called a woman answered (I didn't get her name) but she was RUDE. Her tone was very harsh and straightforward. And sounded agitated. Maybe she was upset from a previous call I don't know. But maybe yall should hire people with better customer service skills... Thank you kindly

Mr. Kiwook and his team are great! I have a lot of obstacles to success in my life and they are very understanding, which I seriously appreciate. Working with me I will stick with you and in the end that's more money for his business. I understand it may not be easy to trust that someone will pay when they're late so I appreciate that as well. I feel like they know me which is also good. If you're trying to choose between agents, go with these guys, because they'll get you taken care of.

Of all my time in San Antonio (5+ years), he is the best State Farm agent you can find! He has helped tremendously in resolving an unfortunate car accident (minor) last year. If you need a state farm agent, pick him! 10/10.
