The employees at Kindred Insurance have been helping me for close to three years with my daughter’s Covered CA medical, dental and eye insurance. Ever since day one I have been met with gracious and timely help from the three employees I have worked with. They care about our family’s insurance needs and always have given prompt professional service. They are very knowledgeable and willing to look at many options and continually answered my many questions as I was new to the process. They frequently were one step ahead of me in letting me know of something to be attended to. I could always count on them and therefore I recommend them with the highest regard.

Absolutely amazing ‼️ I'll try not to make this one too long. When the county asked for my pay stubs for my annual reevaluation, I sent them two consecutive checks, one with regular hours, one with less than a dollar pay being that my income it's not consistent, there are times when I don't have routes or there is no worth available. I ended up having to go back and forth with the county for 3 months because they were not trying to acknowledge that and ended up getting my entire family including my three children denied for Medi-Cal because they estimated that I make way more than I do. I'm a person who doesn't grasp health insurance policies and nuance very easily, so having someone with the patience and knowledge of Pamela made this process so easy.
