Kim Sykes - State Farm Insurance Agent

9/10/25 Kim always treats me with respect and kindness. I have been with Kim for 5 years and have insurance policies with State Farm. Kim always calls me right away and explains all my options about my insurance with me. She is extremely knowledgeable about insurance. I am very happy with Kim and State Farm and love the fact she goes above and beyond to help me out. That’s very welcome in this world today. I would definitely recommend Kim.

We LOVE Kim. She is always willing to go the extra mile to insure our family has the best possible insurance protection while finding ways for us to save money. She is always available to support our needs and concerns. Kim’s work ethic is rooted with high standards! Never have we had an insurance agent take such a personal interest in our needs - Kim is a pleasure to work with!

I started my insurance at a set rate flor 6 months, and then once my renewal was up it increased by $10 a month. When I emailed Kim about this I got a canned response about ways to save money not an actual reason my policy increased. When I asked again I never got a response which is incredibly unprofessional. I went ahead and sucked it up to pay the extra monthly for the last six months and just hit my new renewal which increased again by another $8 a month. I once again reached out to Kim to find out why only to once again never receive a response. So since March my insurance increased by almost $20 a month, and without a response as to why. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I will be canceling my policies and finding a new provider after having rental, life, and auto insurance through Kim and State Farm since 2021. I was laughed at on the phone because I called for clarification after seeing I had a late payment notification after being rushed off the phone a month ago when having questions about how to cancel my policy. i am sadly unhappy after the interaction and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone about our policy. Payments have increased and they keep taking our money with no explanation or responses as to why it was increased or how we can save. If they say they will call you back they definitely will NOT call you back. We will be looking to go elsewhere.
