I called the Killion and Hall Erie agency to inquire about increasing my auto deductible in an attempt to lower my auto renewal rate. Aaron took the time to explain a few options that Erie offers to achieve a lower rate. He ended up saving me so much more than I would have imagined by explaining options which met my situation. Aaron was extremely kind and patient and answered all of my questions. I have been an Erie customer for many years and intend to stay one for years to come!

A friend told me about Erie Insurance and how happy they were with their experience. My friend is “picky” about getting value for her money and customer service, so that piqued my interest. I had home and auto insurance bundled, but never heard from my agent. I contacted Erie Insurance, talked to Mike Hall and asked for a quote on both insurance policies. WOW!! Find an agency who wants your business. Called and spoke with Aaron who advised me they cannot do a same-day quote. Stated they were just too backed up. If you’re too backed up to assist me, you should hire more people. I wouldn’t want an insurance agency that is too busy to help me. I find that ridiculous when you can get an online quote for insurance and 35 to 45 seconds. This is not efficient would not do business with this agency, just based off of the interaction I had on the phone call. It seems insane to me that you can call at noon and not have a quote five hours later.

Kathy is the best . If you do not have a DUI, they will get you the best insurance I have ever seen in my life with the best coverage at a very good price. Phenomenal insurance company, hands-down.
