Kiersten and her team have been great to work with as we have multiple kids and changes seem to occur often with cars, apartments, and other things. A quick email and a call get us on the proper coverage and we love using the app/website to print cards and keep us on track with our forms. We’d recommend this office and the team to everyone!

Getting bills for policies that are cancelled and they cancel policies without notifying you by phone or mail. Information not entered into their system correctly (says I'm retired but still working full time) or billing set up correctly (auto payment). Found out from their customer service department that it would be cheaper to use American Family associated with Costco which she said wasn't. Apparently, chipped windshields are covered on a vehicle which said was not without raising your premiums. Message received from her regarding issue and was told 3 times that she was too busy to answer phone calls or call back customers. Her secretary said she was in meetings and she said she was on the phone. No trust or confidence in her or her office as an insurance agency. Transferred to
