I have only ever had over the phone encounters with the agents at Key City. Every time I have called my call has been answered in a timely fashion. My questions have been answered or resolved promptly. And I was never given the run around. I primarily deal with Dustin the the St George office; he is very knowledgeable and helpful in all of my insurance needs. I have my auto and home owners policies through them. I highly recommend using them for your insurance needs.

I've known Karl for years but the service he provided me AFTER business hours while I was buying a car was AMAZING! I was in dire need of new insurance since I had been covered by my parents insurance for my previous car and the insurance agency was unable to be reached. Karl (owner of Key City in St. George) was able to get me coverage and e-mailed me the information I needed to be able to buy my car. All of my insurance is with Key City Insurance and I know I am well taken care of!

This rating is regarding an employee of key city insurance. My loan officer recommended Key City for my mortgage insurance on an income property I purchased last year. I can't say enough about a specific agent named Yurim. One day I received a call from Yurim informing me that my service was being canceled because Wells Fargo was not sending them any escrow money. Odd that wells fargo didn't call to inform me of this. Wells fargo was sending the check to the wrong insurance provider and as a result Wells Fargo added lender placement insurance to my policy($2900 worth). After spending 6 hours on the phone with different Wells Fargo reps I still could not get anyone to understand the problem or submit a refund.
