I had a client who wasn't receiving the service they needed so I called Janae Boyer and like she does with all things Key Agency she took the lead and corrected the situation. Client was happy and Key Agency had an opportunity to make a second impression. Janae is amazing in all she does!

The little things do matter and this has made me feel better. Makes me think you do care about the small companies in your community. Thank you Lyn and thank you Brandon. I paid the $138.70 just to be cancelled a week later!! Lynn “ I didn’t think would cancel you that soon” on phone call. Said I would get a full refund!! Got a check today for $7.70 guess on a $860 year policy some how comes out to $131 a week. Math isn’t matching!!
