We only spoke for may be less than 10 minutes over the phone and I had all the final policy paper work in my email in 2 minutes after our phone call. Mimma was great she always takes care of me. I would really like to discuss further with state farm how my quote changes 80 dollars based on a 15pt credit score drop. My score is an 825 instead of the normal 837 to 840. If I was quoted a number that should be the number. Dissopointed since I've been with them almost 30 years. Mimma keep up the good work. StateFarm has been taking care of our home and auto insurance for many years, and I've had a number of great experiences with them. The most recent was as we were moving out of the area and were selling our home. Sue Miller stayed on top of our account and kept in touch every couple weeks until our home sold and she could close out our home policy for us. She also provided me with the names of agents close to our new home that I could contact. Thanks for all your help Sue!
