I have been insured through them for I believe 7 years now and have never once had any issues. I have home&auto bundle and the rates are very affordable. Very polite staff and if they are busy while trying to call, they call you back immediately. Very rarely have to step into the branch because im able to do everything over the phone, but I occasionally stop in to say hi and ask how everyone is. Highly recommend.

Amanda is an absolute dream to work with. We are getting a new car and switching insurance coverage so it's a lot of back and forth on the phone. Amanda was quick to respond, very through with her quotes, and very calm and collected after 8+ calls over a week to finalize everything.
