Avoid. They are EXREMELY slow to respond, if at all. I sent notice to cancel my homeowners policy 5 MONTHS AGO, on 9/8 to cancel my policy on 9/9 and they never responded, I have the receipts. They don't really work to get you the best rates either. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Edit: no need to reach out, I've already taken care of it.
