Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance

Horrible I am still waiting for my refund I tried to cancel this home owner insurance before it was paid to find out it was paid now I have to chase every where to get my 1800 dollars back. Very rude employees too. I have only had them three years and they keep raising prices I have never had a claim. Not a good honest company!

Slow Slow, My house along with several in neighborhood were hit with hail storm on April 4th. Turned in the damage to Kentucky Farm Bureau, everyone else already has new roof. Still haven't heard from our Adjuster Billy who only drove by and "didn't see any shingles blown off". Two story house and he didn't even climb on the roof to look.

Auto insurance rates increase a few dollars every 6 months without fail. Even with no accidents or tickets. Home insurance rose over $200 during the last 6 years even though I had never used it. You are forced to be a member at $35 a year whether you want to or not. There used to be no grace period until very recently. If you can afford them, it's good insurance.

The agents are friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all coverage options offered and got my vehicle insured at an affordable rate.

The MOST INCOMPETENT insurance company of ALL time!!!!! Called to add a vehicle to my existing policy with FULL COVERAGE ONLY TO FIND OUT MONTHS LATER THAT THEY SCAMMED ME FOR FULL COVERAGE PRICES AND ONLY GAVE ME LIABILITY!!! They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND I WOULD FIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD ..THEY ARE CROOKS AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE... GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES!
