My review is on Mr. Dennis. I have never in my life been so angry at an old man in my life. He was so rude to my mother and I.....we will never do business there and my personal opinion is neither should anyone else.

You can never get someone to answer the phone when it actually rings in. I’ve never had this problem from the Stanton Kentucky office until this year and it’s completely frustrating 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Been with them for over 2 years and I definitely like them and don't plan on switching at all very happy with the price and always nice staff very helpful they got me a new windshield after mine was cracked at no cost to me

There is some really, really shady stuff going on here. Our problems began when our home address was improperly recorded. Not just one mistake, but several. Due to this we never received any notices by mail, and they never tried to reach us by phone or email even though our mail was certainly being returned to them. We went in to see what we could do about a lapse in coverage caused by the lack of communication (we never revived a bill for membership, therefore did not pay it). On that day, we paid the membership fee and for a month of coverage so we did not have a lapse. Upon calling the loan servicer, they did not receive any lapse coverage from KFB. Went in again this morning to find out why, and was literally, I mean LITERALLY laughed out of the office by the petulant children running
