One person out of the multitudes we talked to was helpful. The rest, even though we were recently in a traumatic accident, were completely rude and impatient. Then, to top it all off, they not only didn't give us enough insurance money to pay off the remainder of the totaled car, but only gave us about 4 days to purchase a new one. Don't waste your money and time on a company that will charge you out the butt and then not even fully cover you though you pay for full coverage. Just go to Geico.
