I just tried to speak to Nikita and she told me my bill had not been paid because my automatic payment request had expired in August. When I called my agent and then called her back to clarify she became rude and unprofessional and refused to answer any further questions. I am a long term customer and I do not deserve to be rushed off the phone when I’m trying to get answers about my policy. Kemper do better!
