I’ve had a great experience with Kemper Auto Insurance. Their rates are very affordable, and what really stands out is how accessible their customer service is. Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve been able to reach a real person without hassle. It’s reassuring to have reliable coverage at a great price. Highly recommend!

When I signed for Kemper auto insurance, I provided a document showing that I’m a homeowner. That document was from the county tax assessors, which has plenty of infuriating I’m a homeowner owner. It was deemed unacceptable and my premium increased. Not one phone call, email or regular mail came to tell me this. When i reached out to find out why my premium increased, I was finally told. When I sent a document that was finally acceptable. I was told that my past due balance did not change because the homeowners discount was not in affect until then and theb amount would not change and there was nothing that could be done about it. I will not be renewing my policy when the time comes.

Never ever make the mistake of working with Kemper. First they raised our rate on a 2014 Buick Encore to over $30k per year so much I assumed the charge was for 6 months. Then I got the same bill the following month and questioned it they confirmed it so I cancelled the policy and paid what I owed then they still submitted it to collections who has now reported it on my credit despite multiple letters of proof of payment and despite multiple calls and hours on the phone with Kemper who should have never reported it in the first place. I am in hold with Kemper again now we are at 48 minutes so far.

Please pray you never have to deal with this company and their incompetency. I have been trying to get a hold of my adjuster for going on THREE months now. No call back or email from her or her supervisor who I have left multiple messages for.Charneice Stuart is literally impossible to get a hold of, I have tried to contact her supervisor who is ALSO impossible to get a hold of. Absolutely insane to think that this is a reputable insurance company. Their client is at fault for the accident which I have documentation, police reports, photos, and it has now been 3 months with an open claim and no response or resolution. This company needs to DO BETTER.

I really appreciated the help from my representative Isabel M. and all the resources I received. I love that there is a text option to ask questions, however to be connected to a representative through text took about 1 hour and 35 minutes, but my question wasn’t urgent, so overall I’m very satisfied and would recommend. Infinity Auto insurance has been great and very user friendly for their online services. Thank you!
