My experience with Kemper Insurance has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was rear-ended on July 1, and now, months later in January, my claim still has not been properly resolved. I have called on several occasions and repeatedly left messages, yet I rarely receive return calls. When I do speak with someone, I am given inconsistent information and the runaround. After months of delays, I was suddenly informed that Kemper would only fix my bumper and not my tail light and that I would be required to pay a portion of my bumper repair—despite this being a rear-end accident. Kemper Corporation / Infinity County Mutual Insurance is the most unethical company I've ever dealt with. Adjusters who take over a month to get back after a vehicle collision. Tried reaching out via phone calls, text messages, and emails. Managers who conveniently don't have phone numbers or extensions when you finally get someone on the phone. Even fabricated facts reported from their end. They've been penalized for unethical behavior in the past. I was rear ended by one of your insured motorist and every time we try to mail a hard copy of the claim it gets returned as bad address. This has been going on since October 2024. This is by far the worst insurance company to ever have to deal with. They seem very fake and only want to take other peoples money but run from their responsibility. If this is how they handle their claims then I would suggest you to stay far away from this company. I wouldn’t even rate it one star but it made me rate it with at least one.

One of your insured rear ended me on the 6th of October, I filed a claim against him that same day. I have completed all tasks required to get the claim set up and left voice mails for the claims adjuster and now her manager and his boss, with no contact from any of the. The have sent me one email with a ridiculously low estimate and no further contact. Each time I have left a voice mail, the system says the call no later than 10am the next day, they have not called. This is by far the worst claims handling i have ever seen.

someone hit my 73 year old mom in the rear end with this insurance she got no one to return her call. they just sent a check in the mail for $500 like that was enough. she is still unable to get anyone on the phone. I had to do 1 star to leave this this they don't even deserve the 1.
