I was not happy with the carrier that I have who tried to up my insurance policy $500 for no apparent reason. I am rated under excellent driver Plus! They will not be getting a $500 increase from me because I changed insurance agencies to kelvin Taveras: Allstate and I saved what my current carrier wanted to increase plus some. One of the reasons that I decided to go back to Allstate was because of Kim Baccari. Her attention to detail, and her personalized service is why I switched from Amica. It is so nice to have what I prefer to call "my go to person" when it comes to my insurance needs. As long as she is there for us, we will stay, and of course keeping your prices competitive, with top notch service when needed. When it comes to tie breakers, Kim wins every time.
This is the best agency around ! Helped me with every step of my claim after totaling my vehicle thank you to Kelvin and his team ! I will not go anywhere else but this specific place , truly THANK YOU
