Without our previous knowledge, the Farmers Insurance agent , who has taken care of us for many years, discontinued working with Farmers, and we were assigned to a new agent. There was no problem at all with the transition, but I can hardly say much about the new situation, we have not had a problem, accident, claim, so really no experience. I am confident it will be a positive experience going forward.
Our neighborhood experienced a lot of winter damage. We had State Farm insurance and were treated better than any of our neighbors After watching us, they all want to switch coverage to State Farm. I’m glad I was covered!
As I’ve talked with Kelton, you can tell that he knows what he is talking about and provides an excellent service. Give him a call for auto insurance, home insurance and life insurance and he won’t disappoint!
