We received our annual bill from our existing insurance company and couldn't believe how high it was. Our auto was out the roof! We stopped in to get a quote from Aaron Metz at State Farm. So happy we did. Aaron made everything so easy and pleasant. He was able to cut our premium almost in half!! We highly recommend him!!

Called about auto insurance and spoke with Karen Lewis. She was very professional as well as informative. She suggested we meet which we did and are very pleased with our new auto and home policies. I’m grateful she answered the phone that day; her knowledge and ability to explain the coverage was greatly appreciated.

I just got insurance for my new home in the Villages, and Brooke at the Kelly Matz team was absolutely fantastic to work with. She helped me with my house my car as well as my Golf Cart, and I could've asked for better service, and Competitive prices.

I traded in my car for a newer one and called this office about needing a new insurance card. Lora Thomas was so helpful and processed the change quickly and efficiently. I even had a new card sent via email before I hung up the phone. I love the customer service at this office!

Where do I begin!? From Rachel being inept, applying unauthorized and unknown discounts to my policy, the consistent inability to get a hold of anyone at the office, no callbacks, no email responses, nothing! Rachel needs to focus more on customer satisfaction and less on the condescending "honey" and "sweety" comments. This office is a nightmare! I've had to file formal complaints with State Farm, and the State. Even talking to Lora didn't help! Run as far as you can from these people!!! They've screwed up my auto policy costing me more money!!! Unacceptable. Even after they acknowledged mistakes, they refused to own them and make them right. As the days go by and I speak with my new agent at a different office and State Farm Corporate, I find out more fraudulent actions this office has t
