Wow, how do I even start. I had an amazing experience here. All of the staff were extremely kind, caring, and helpful, Leigh especially. I cannot recommend enough, thank you State Farm!!

My mother had insurance with this agency before she passed. The ladies in that office are rude, arrogant and the most unprofessional I had ever dealt with. If it were my business I would clean house and find a new staff. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

This agency is head and shoulders better than the other local State Farm office. Unlike Tim Chattertons office where calls were not returned or weeks later if at all, this office is extremely professional, diligent, helpful, proactive, they return calls. After I moved my policies I found out that Tim never took care of policy opt outs that I hand delivered to his office. Why did I put up with Chatterton for so long?

This agency has always been very attentive and helpful, first with my homeowners and then by reaching out to offer me a better deal on my auto. I've been particularly happy with Tiffany Stinson's help. Always very prompt, enthusiastic, and courteous service.

Worst place for business I was changing my insurance company to State Farm because they did have a better rate for pricing. I did how ever pay my other insurance company and State Farm had said they would get my refund from them because of changing to them. Well I paid State Farm they took my money then had the person come down to look at my house and because of my roof they denied me. So I asked for a refund . (No reason to pay for 2 insurance companies for one month!) now they denied giving me a refund because they took to long to take care of everything I lost out on all that money!
