Kellie Thorman - State Farm Insurance Agent

I went to Kellie for help because my previous company was drastically over charging me for my auto insurance. Not only did she fi d me a plan, but she got me more coverage at a more affordable rate. I then was faced with a situation with my business, and she set me up with a great plan to keep me safe. Kellie and her team work fast and are very thorough. I know they truly care about their clients.

We have been with Kelli for about a year. We have mostly dealt with Nikki, that works under her since we have know Nikki from before. However, any time we have questions Kelli and Nikki have been amazing and fast to answer them. Very amazing customer service! They also have super cute dog that goes to the office sometimes.

I have never had any problems with Kellie Thorman State Farm. She has always been right there, like a good neighbor. Think I've heard that somewhere before. All joking aside it's a fantastic, friendly and wonderful place for insurance. Always willing to go above and beyond to help.

What can I say, I am always treated like family when I visit with Kellie and her staff. Awesome people that really bend over backwards to help. Thanks Kellie Thorman and staff, and thank you State Farm for being there when I need you.
