I would give zero stars if it were an option. I worked with Kelley Insurance for over 4 years and through 2 separate businesses. The issues began back in 2021 when our agent left the group, and we were never informed or assigned a new agent. Our final 2 years working with them resulted in over $2,700 of additional fees owed to the insurance company despite our furnishing accurate estimates. After several months of trying to understand why the fee had been issued, Kelley Insurance stopped responding to my attempts to reach them. With no choice but to pursue Liberty Mutual to help understand the issue, we learned that Kelley Insurance had grossly misrepresented our business when creating the policy, and failed to update our policy with the new information when we had provided it. Briana has been very supportive in helping us with our insurance needs. We were not happy that Aegis Insurance was trying to charge us a new "convenience fee" to pay our insurance renewal by credit card recently, as we have always done in the past for years, without this charge. I felt that this new charge should have been disclosed on our insurance renewal statement, as is proper protocol for any good business. Briana has promised to address this issue with Aegis on her Customer's behalf.

This morning I encountered a large group maybe 15 to 20 Kelly employees and or associates, all wearing Kelly shirts at any rate. The decided to set up their parade float in the parking lot blocking half of it off. I asked if they could back the trailer up a couple of feet. (Literally) So the parking lot could be used as designed. First I was ignored. I could even hear them discuss what I said and then turn their backs. Then once my annoyed girlfriend got out of the car and asked more firmly. I was told can't you just back out the parking lot the wrong way? As if I was doing something wrong. Would you ask an ambulance to back out of the parking lot so you can decorate your parade float? (Rhetorical question) with so much space available behind the building there was no need to be selfish

Can't say enough good things about Tony Kelley and the folks at Kelley Insurance. Not only do they provide good advice and competitive pricing on their insurance plans, but they also do a huge amount of work helping our community with free CPR classes! Thank you for all you folks do!
