Keith Todd: Allstate Insurance Agency

We have used Keith Todd Insurance Agency for many years for both auto and homeowners insurance. This month we received our new policy and were astounded to find that it had gone up over $4000! We asked for alternate quotes and got them, but really didn't want to go with a cheaper company that we knew nothing about. So today we spoke with Alessandra Bison-Sims and asked where we might cut some costs and still have good coverage. She walked us through our policy line by line and found some places that we could make some changes. Took our homeowners policy cost from over $7000 to just over $5000. Alessandra was so helpful, professional and caring. We highly recommend her as a licensed representative at Keith Todd Insurance Agency. Thank you, Alessandra, for such great customer service!

I think I am actually under another agent in the Lakeland area but if I need help Keith Todd is who I call. He has always been helpful since our agent we had with Allstate for over approximately 40 years retired.

Don't go to this office no comunicacion at all they canceled my insurance after been whith them.for years ..and now have pay more no reason.and they give the option to to another insurance..company cheaper before fixing the problem..disappointed..

Very nice staff, conveinent location. However, the allstate is not so nice, premiums up every cycle. If you buy a policy for a year your policy will automatically renew forever not giving you the option to renew or not. Then you are faced with canceling a policy whits changes your rating status. Sorry i bought from allstate.

Sent quote through mail with a picture of my house, details about amount of coverage, very low price, right down to the penny. When I said go ahead and sign me up, its $1,000 less than I'm currently paying: they said oh, thats just a gimmick to make you call us.....not really what they said, but what they meant. Be honest people, we are all suffering right now.
