I've been with Kay and her staff for many years and they are always friendly, helpful, quick and efficient. Recently Nanette has simply been fantastic helping with some questions, details and a few odd situations. Thank you for all you do!

This State Farm agency has been nothing but wonderful over the years in helping me out whenever I needed vehicle assistance. Kay and her staff go above and beyond to make sure their customers have their needs met and make filing a claim as stress free as can be. I spoke with Nanette over the phone today to have her assist me with filing a claim because someone had hit my parked car and left the scene. She was very kind and considerate, going above and beyond to assist me with having a tow come out to take my vehicle to the local garage and also helping me set up a rental with Enterprise.

Nanette was absolutely amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions and worked hard to ensure that I will be insured with the proper coverages. If you need insurance don't hesitate to call.

My thoughts on State Farm! I know not everybody has had the most wonderful experiences with their insurance companies. I just have to say my experience with State Farm has been nothing short of amazing. My agents locally, Kay and Kayla are both exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Unfortunately have dealt with issues at a previous branch, I switched branches and couldn’t be more pleased! Nanette has gone above and beyond for me. She’s been so kind, and on top of my policy trying to situate another agents office mistakes quickly and thoroughly. The customer service is so refreshing! Wish I could give her more stars!!
