Gareth went above and beyond what was outside of his daily routine. He worked with me with instructions of using your docusign system as well as copies required etc. He tried his best to keep me within the cost of my monthly current budget. First off I sent a text thru my State Farm app to Kathy stating I needed to add a vehicle to my policy. She immediately had JB call me. This alone gets 5 STARS ⭐️. Talking with JB was fabulous. He was so professional and shared so much knowledge with me about upcoming changes. He also made suggestions about getting extra coverage for my daughter and also saved me money as well. He allowed me to ask whatever questions I needed and recapped the quotes and info despite the fact that I would be getting it in an email.
