Kathy Clancy - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Kathy for what seems like a life time. She has had my back for all those years whether it was related to the car or home. I cannot think of one time that she has not gone out of her way to do the best that she could. I would recommend her to anyone. In today's world it is so hard to find someone who really cares. The rest of the staff is great and though I pay online I will go in the catch up as a friend. Thanks for all you do.

I used the 1 800 number to first report a claim (deer) early in the morning. Later, I thought to call Kathy directly and double check, just to be sure about the details. So, happy that I did!!! She made better arrangements, found errors, and got me better service solutions in a matter of minutes. When I got off the phone, I thought "Damn right, that's what I'm paying for." In a world now full of "millennial mismanagement," it's nice to occasionally have an adult who cares on your side. Thanks Kathy! PS she even asked how my folks are doing! Classy lady :)

I cannot express my thankfulness for Kathy in assisting me & providing information on my dilemmas with insurance..she definetly went out of her way to make sure I knew exactly what was going on with my policies! Her communication rate was excellent & even though I couldn't follow through with state farm, she had even referred me to someone who could better assist with my situation. Very pleased with this agent!

Kathy is amazing she went above and beyond for me when I really needed her and even got me a great insurance rate i absolutly recomend her even though she works with a big company she give you that feeling like you're at a small business.

Been a loyal customer to State Farm for 30 years. Had very few claims. Beyond disappointed in customer service and experience with State Farm since having an accident. Do not seem to want to pay for deer hit damage. Can not get a return telephone call from claims. After 30th years going to Nationwide due to the poor way they are handling this claim.
