Jocelyne was amazing and very helpful with assisting me with Kathleen Alexander’s office. She went above and beyond to help me save money. She found me a better premium with cheaper rates and even extra discounts compared to the previous policy I had. I originally received a follow-up call from another representative. During that call I let him know I wanted to remove a car from my policy. He told me that removing the car would cause me to lose my multi-car discount, but he didn’t offer any other options to help lower my premium. After that, Jocelyne actually called me back and took the time to review my policy. She worked to find a better option and was able to set me up with a new policy, a lower premium, additional discounts, and even life insurance. Her customer service was outstand

The team is amazing! I dealt with Cross and he helped make sure I got the right policy for the vehicle I was insuring. He was very patient since I was at work and made time to call back a few different times during the day to build my policy.
