My husband and I have had Erie Insurance for more than 50 years. The previous agent was readily available, personable and efficient. The Kartsonas Agency took over our policies when that agent retired. Over the last few years, there have been problems with policy communications and clear responses. Following a recent move, it was decided to find an Erie agent close to our new home. My husband spoke with Mr. Kartsonas three times, and clearly related the request. The change of agents has been continuously delayed. Calls from the new agent have not been returned; further delaying the transfer. In addition, we called Erie’s main office four times over the past six months and they have been unable to assist. It appears that Erie Insurance, and some of their agents, do not value their policy

Al needs to find a better more professional CSR. Two years in a row, I've called with simple policy questions and received very poor attitude & customer service from "Tony." Completely taken back because have never received poor service from this agency in the past.

Been with them since I was 16yrs old I'm 40 now great service and tony has always been helpful in everything I've called for

These guys really are the best. Everyone is super nice and anytime I need an insurance quote or insurance related, they are right on it 👍would HIGHLY recommend
