We have unfortunately had a very bad experience with this firm. It’s a family business and they get offended and take it personally if you ask for corrections to be made to a document. There were not many mistakes made but when they were made it became a major argument to get corrections. I was told that asking for corrections to be made was an insult “to my wife of 38 years!”. (From Keith) I got several emails from Keith that berated me personally, and he even quoted from the Bible.
Disappointed in this insurance agency. I saw the reviews, so I thought they would be good. Never received the first email with the quote, until I called her about a week later to find out why. She had the incorrect email address, which is why I didn't receive it. I had to ask her what email address she had, instead of her asking me what my email address is again. She's the one in the business, not me, I should not have to ask. On the policy, she had 2 different spellings for our name. After talking to her, one son and husband (it's a family business,) I didn't feel that good customer service was provided.
