We recently had a large maple tree fall on our house and cause lots of damage to the roof and gutters. Chris answered my call outside regular hours to help assist me. He helped walk me through every step of the claim, and regularly followed up with me. It was such a smooth and easy process dealing with him, and getting our house repaired. It was nice to have my insurance contact me to help in a friendly manner and check in weekly during the claim to see if I had any questions or needed help with anything. Highly highly recommend and so glad we went with a local insurance company who values every customer.
