If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We paid our policy in full ahead of the year. In the middle of it, we added a 2nd car temporarily for 2 weeks. When it was time to drop the 2nd car, they told us that our policy for the original car had doubled!! There were no accidents or events that would’ve warranted this. Mike, the owner, and their office never communicated that adding and dropping a 2nd car would change our original policy, otherwise we would’ve never added the 2nd car. We had to cancel our premium 4 months early and the owner of this company didn’t make it right by refunding us the 4 remaining months. I would not recommend them!

I wish I could give Kane Insurance Group 6/5 stars. Mike and Jill helped me source insurance for our HOA. They went to bat for us to find a reasonable policy for our unique situation, even when 2 other agents from different, much larger, firms couldn't source a single quote. Jill and Mike looked out for our priorities and for opportunities to save on our policy. They were always easy to reach and kept me on top of all the paperwork to bind our policy. I am so grateful for Kane group's care and empathy in a notoriously impersonal and confusing industry. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality insurance at a reasonable price.
