Kalee & her team (Lyndsey helped us so much) are so wonderful! Not only were they on top of every need we had and super responsive, but they saved us SO much money with the same coverage! So grateful we found them and look forward to being with them for a long time! It feels so good to be taken care of and truly cared about by your insurance company!

I’ve noticed how much customer service has changed over the years, and unfortunately my experience hasn’t been what I expected. Emily Haro (Executive Assistant) is awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Assistants mean everything to the customer, because once the Agent has written your policy and has you onboard, they're basically done with you. Trying to get a callback from voicemail or an email response from Kallee hasn't been a good experience over years, but fortunately Emily performs above and beyond. The five stars are for EMILY!
