We have had a great experience with Kai so far. She has been super helpful and has been willing to answer all of my (sometimes excessive) questions! the process was very smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend Kai to our friends for home and auto insurance! As a side note, I work in a career that is regularly exposed to home insurance claims, and I would recommended Country Financial over multiple other insurance companies.

Mrs Garcia is very professional and informative, but also very courteous and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable of the business of insurance. She make sure that you understand everything discussed before you leave her office, and she also make sure that all of your questions and concerns has been addressed.
