JW Surety Bonds

This place was great when it was JW Surety bonds. A small locally owned business. But now becoming a big corporation company thinking of only there pockets. They not only charge a fee for a credit card payments....but when you try to avoid the fee, they even charge for an ACH payment. This is SOO wrong. Its not that $3.00 is a lot, but its just the principle of it. Leaves a VERY bad taste in my mouth. This is the last year I will be giving them my business.

I want to file a claim against one their freight brokers and they keep sending me emails to file, that do not reply. No claim # ,no answers. How FMCSA allow this type of company on the market.
